| The industry "Casearia Thiesilat s.r.l" was esthablished in 1997, Thiesi a village of MEILOGU, leader in producing cheese in Sardenia.The titleholders Peppi and Salvatore Fadda have matured considerable expeariences in the lacteous sector "caseario", working for more than fiftheen years in their family management. Their main obbjetive, were to produce cheese, not only traditionaly but also to innovate, to satify the request for new products for their consumers and to acquire new markets. Their choice were amply rewarded with the success obtained from their "Thiesilat" cheese also on the italian market, above all in the foreighn market, mainly in Canada, U.S.A. and Germany. The cheese being new or traditional, are products wich are, if possible, processed by artisans, also innovating, because its essensial to respect the traditional rule of production. "The Thiesilat" occupies about 15 workers, between them exists a friendly affinity , wich goes above the usual work, everyone, the titleholders, klerks and workers, forms a big family. |
