Bianca di Sardegna

It’s a delicate sweet cheese, the paste is white, soft and creamy. It is produced in small forms of about 1,5 Kg. (3  lbs) utilizing pasturized sheep milk, rennet, yeast and salt.It only gets commercialized after a period of maturing under vacuumpacked for over 60 days.

 

 

 

 

"CACCIOTTA" a soft cheese, to protect it, it gets covered by a transparent colourless film.

On request , the "Bianca di Sardegna" are also treated with hotspices.

The cheese acquires a very particular taste, at the same time it’s sweet yet spicy.
