Ovinfort

It’s the speciality of "Thiesilat s.r.l." Ovinfort is an herbal cheese, obtainained from pure sheep milk, rennet and salt, treated with the use of French penicillin, it has a particular taste. The paste is solid and creamy. It’s white with green streakes.
It’s an excellent cheese, and it’s ideal for preparing different recipies.

The minimum period for maturing is 60 days, it acquires a particular taste, between sweet and spicey. The paste is remarkably soft and creamy
