Pecorino Lupa

Is a traditional italian cheese. It has a dilicious taste, obtained by maturing for 90 days.
It's solely produced with pure sheep milk, lamb rennet, selected yeast and salt. Each form weighs about 2.5 Kg (5,5 lbs) the paste is solid and white.

 

"PECORINO LUPA"cheese is excellent for eating alone, and is also used in the preparations of various dishes. It’s particularly good, grated on pasta.
