Is a traditional italian cheese. It has a
dilicious taste, obtained by maturing for 90 days. It's solely produced with pure sheep milk, lamb rennet, selected yeast and salt. Each form weighs about 2.5 Kg (5,5 lbs) the paste is solid and white. |
