Pecorino Vizè

This product follows a typical traditional greek method. The ingredients are: pure sheep milk. Lamb rennet and salt. This cheese has a period of 90 days to mature. At this stage it gets manufactured and vacuumpacked, then commercialized.

 

 

 

 

 

"PECORINO VIZE" gets produced in 7 Kg (15,4 lbs) forms

 

 

 

 

Or in 12 Kg ( 26,4 lbs) forms.
